You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their businesses through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird. 

The preferred team member will be an energetic, organized, and dependable individual with the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.  A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, encompassing various digital channels such as web, social media, email marketing, and PPC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A/B testing, content marketing, SEO, and pay-per-click advertising, with a proven track record of driving measurable results and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Growth Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple digital channels, with a focus on ROI and scalability. Should be familiar with marketing automation software, SEO, social media algorithms, and the digital advertising landscape. Technical proficiency not only helps in executing campaigns more effectively but also in understanding the nuances of digital channels to leverage them for growth.
  • Responsible for developing reporting and visualization dashboards that simplify complex analyses. These dashboards cover a range of aspects, including marketing planning, budgeting, ROI analysis, and various key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, community engagement, and advertising campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer loyalty through targeted messaging and segmentation strategies.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies to optimize all aspects of marketing campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences, leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content for various channels and audience segments.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others, with a focus on keyword research, ad copy optimization, bid management, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings through strategic SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
What You'll Need to be Good At/What We Require:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Experience in managing and leading marketing teams.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a focus on growth marketing and proficiency in social media, email marketing, AB testing, content marketing, PPC, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, social media management tools, web analytics, and AB testing software.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and content for different audiences across various digital channels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
