Our tight-knit culture thrives off of hard-working, fun-loving professionals and we're looking to add an amazing Customer Account Manager to the team! You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their tribes through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird, which was recently named one of the 5000 fastest growing companies in the country by INC. What You'll Do:

The customer service manager will primarily focus on driving the growth and success of our customer account specialists, in all aspects of our sales process, with the goal of building long-term relationships with our clients through the establishment of trust and demonstrated expertise.

Reporting to the GM/VP of Sales and Marketing, you will interact with your team and other internal resources on a daily basis to ensure timeliness, efficiency, and see multiple simultaneous projects to fruition.

Your daily task list will include a combination of hands-on client interaction, team training, and reporting, with a healthy dose of problem-solving sprinkled in.

What You'll Need to be Good at:

Multi-tasking is a must

You will be dealing with multiple projects at a time, as well as interacting with multiple departments and vendors.

Strong Communication Skills

You’ll be talking, listening to, and emailing with lots of clients and internal resources, so the ability to transfer information effectively and efficiently is at the core of what you’ll do.

Setting, following and optimizing procedures

You understand that sales is a process and that the key to success with any process is continually making it better. You also know that consistency is key for our customers, so as we are 100% transparent with our customers, we provide clear, concise, condensed info in a complicated process, that is constantly updated.

What we require:

  • Prior, proven history of building and growing teams, and a clear point of view of how to best accomplish that.
  • A friendly and outgoing manner and effective communication tool kit.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Google Docs and Sheets.
  • A high level of knowledge in the products being sold, sales techniques and management strategies.
