You’ll be using and honing your skills to help our customers build their tribes through custom merchandise creation and fulfillment at Threadbird, which was recently named one of the 5000 fastest growing companies in the country by INC. What You'll Do:
A necessary bridge between inside sales / outside sales and production, the customer service assistant will primarily focus on assisting the internal teams via email, internal messaging tools and the phone in all aspects of our sales process.
You will interact with the team on a daily basis to ensure timeliness, efficiency, and see multiple simultaneous projects to fruition. Daily tasks will include:

You will be dealing with multiple projects at a time, as well as interacting with multiple departments and vendors.Strong Communication Skills
We need someone who can accurately and consistently record Client information about the project they are looking to produce. We need you to do this on multiple levels: Email, Phone and In person.Following Set Procedures
Consistency is key for our customers. We have set procedures in place that will allow us to be 100% transparent to the customer, it also provides clear, concise, condensed info in a complicated process.
